Understanding the results

Once the Links page is displayed, results are presented in the Interception section, which shows right below message information. However, if a category does not have results, the category will just not show up in the chart.

Result
Explanation
x views
Result that shows the total number of times the subscription confirmation form was viewed.

So, if the same contact is intercepted twice, this will count for 2 views.
Note that the number of views is not necessarily the sum of opt-ins, opt-outs and ask later as the total number of view also takes into account contacts who open the interception form but do not take any action (opt-in, opt-out or ask later by clicking on a specific action).
x opt-ins
Result that show the number of contacts who have confirm their subscription using the confirmation form.

This result is calculated by contact.
x ask later
Result that shows the number of contacts who have opened the confirmation form but have reported their decision later by clicking on this specific option; they will therefore be intercepted again.

This result is calculated by contact. Therefore, if the same contact clicks twice on the same option, it will count for just 1. However, if a contact clicks for example on Ask Later and then chooses to subscribe, there will be 1 result for each category.
x opt-outs
Result that shows the number of contacts who have decided to unsubscribe using the confirmation form.

This result is calculated by contact.
All percentage results - %
The displayed percentage for each result is based on the number of contacts who have performed an action on the confirmation form (subscribe, unsubscribe or ask later).
