For the message results, we guarantee that they remain available for a minimum period equal to the retention period specified in your contract (generally 2 years or 3 years, depending on the contracts).
For the messages themselves, it's a bit more complicated:
- For manual messages (newsletters, etc.), we guarantee a retention of messages equal to the retention period (2-3 years) following their last use (when they were last sent, and not when they were created).
- Messages associated with forms, or worflows, will be retained indefinitely as long as the related workflow is active (after which they will be purged according to the same retention rules).
This is minimal retention - We reserve the right to purge older messages, but we rarely do. You might therefore find messages much older than those defined by our retention rules.
