If the Journey module is activated in your account, and you have connected your transactional site to Dialog Insight, it is possible to track the sales performance of your products that are in your emails.


Pro tips: Take a look at the results by impact, and you will see the products that are most often clicked on in your emails. 


The available results are:

  • Conversion rate: number of people who have purchased
  • Revenues: total cumulative amount 
  • Transactions: number of transactions carried out
  • Average per transaction: average value of a transaction

The more general results of your transactions can be found in Journey, Dashboard
