Assigning tags to various elements of your project makes them easier to find during a global search. When elements have been tagged, the global search will be on the name of the elements as well as the assigned tags.
It is possible to assign tags to the following elements:
- Email templates
- SMS
- Mobile notifications
- Mobile notifications types
- Campaigns(A/B split, multi-segments)
- Marketing automation scenarios
- Opt-out and profile update forms
- Events
- Contests
- Lead Generation forms
- Landing pages
Step 1: Create a Tag
Go to Project → Tags and click Create a tag. Then, give it a name that represents its use.
Step 2: Add the Tag
The location of the button to add a tag will will vary from an element to another.
For example, in the lists (Messages, Groups, etc.), you have the button Update Tags at the end of the line of each element:This is the same button to update and remove a tag from the element. To remove a tag, click on the x of the tag.
In an email, you can see/add tags in the left pannel:

When you make a search, you can now use a tag as a filter to find elements with this tag in your project.
