Execution History

Info: The execution history is the listing showing the dates when the scenario ran. An execution is linked to the trigger and the criterion that defines that a contact enters the scenario.

*This is only accessible once the scenario is online.


1. Select the scenario you want

2. In the left menu, go to the History tab


Once there you can obtain different informations

Filter the list by ascending/descending date.

Select an execution to see the dates by step in the center panel. Hover over the ... to bring up the pause icon, and stop the execution if desired.

The icon with the green check mark indicates that the execution has been completed.

When you select a completed run, the node is accompanied by a green check mark to its left. The date of the execution also appears in a white box, indicating the date and time of the trigger and subsequent steps.

The icon with the exclamation mark indicates that the execution has been cancelled.

When you select an undone run, the node is accompanied by a red X circle. The white box indicates Cancelled.

Navigate through the pages when you have multiple executions.

Click on the arrow to display the complete information for each execution.


Complete informations


End: indicates the date when the last contact has reached one of the end nodes.

Contacts: Number of contacts that have passed through the different branches of the scenario.

Success: If you set a success end node, you will see the number of contacts that have reached this status. 

Abandon: If you set an end node to abandon, you will see the number of contacts that have reached this status.

Failure: If you set a failed end node, you will see the number of contacts that have reached this status.

Note: you can find the next execution date by selecting the last one in the history, which in show in the center panel:
