In order to send mobile and web notifications, you must use a Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) project. FCM acts as an in-between platform between Dialog Insight and notification recipients. Notifications created in Dialog Insight are first sent to the FCM platform, which is responsible to deliver notifications to the visitors who has subscribed to notifications from your mobile application or website.
- Log in to the Firebase console with your Google Account.
- Create a project and make note of the Sender ID and the Server key available in the Configuration section.
