Enabling the module lets you create both opt-in and contact profile update forms and define the entire workflow based on your specific needs.

Access Path > Workflows > Opt-in and Update

 How To

  1. In the Opt-in forms page, start by selecting the type of communication you want to associate with opt-in and profile update forms. You have 2 options:
    • Use an existing type - In this case, you just select one type from the list of communication types available in the project.
    • Create a new communication type named Opt-in.
  2. Click on Activate.

Once the module is enabled, you will see a listing page of forms in construction and those online. Obviously, at this point, there are no forms.
