Viewing message results lets you see statistics about sent messages. Results can be viewed on messages, mailings or campaigns.

The summary results are those shown by default. However, other results can be displayed by selection other options.

The various types of results are available in a drop-down list on the Summary page.

Therefore, if you have selected a time zone other than that of the for application servers, the results will also be calculated based on this time zone. Time zone information is shown in the header of the result summary page; when the time zone is different, the date of the results as the UTC time standard are indicated.

Important Distinction Between Messages, Mailings and Campaigns
Under EMail is listed all the different messages that were sent. The Sendings option shows all the mailings that were processed; a mailing corresponding to a message being sent at a specific date or to a specific group. Therefore, if a same message was sent on two different dates, it will be considered as two mailings, with the same name but different dates. If however the same message was sent more than once during the same day, all mailings will have the same name but the target name could be different. It is also possible to see the time of a mailing by hovering over the message send date. As for Campaigns, they represent groups of mailings.

Prerequisite
For results to be calculated, the project must have messages that have been sent.
