The smart dashboard allows you to push further the analysis of your contact base in your DI project. It gives you a complete view presenting a calculation of the evolution through time for indicators, like your messages' performance, or the engagement and reactivity (CTO) of your contacts. Thus, it is easier to interpret the trends and make data-driven decisions. The data is presented with charts, diagrams and advanced indicators. The standard offer presents data on the health of your contact pool that is related to your messages (only for the email channel).

Requirements
- You must provide us with access to your database to allow us to make the required configuration.
- You must open a Google Cloud account and set up the integration with DI. Please plan a budget for the opening of the GBQ account and the data storage (see the pricing).
Note: There is a limit of 3 users per account for the dashboard.
Data Mechanism
The smart dashboard uses different technologies to compile and present the data. The smart dashboard involves a connection with Google Big Query:Data is exported from DI to GBQ, which creates an analysis of the data. Then, the data is transferred to Luzmo (an interface that creates a view of the compiled data). Finally, DI fetch this compiled data to display it in a smart dashboard in your DI project.
Data Export
You can export the whole dashboard or some sections of it in the CSV, XLSV or PNG to share them with people who don't have access to Dialog Insight:
Custom Dashboard
If the standard offer doesn't correspond to your needs, we can evaluate more solutions. It's possible to add other indicators or sections to the dashboard or to create a custom dashboard (fees apply). Thus, you could make a request for additional data or a custom-made dashboard.
