Targeting Contacts Who Filled Out a Lead Generation Form

The lead generation data can be used to target contacts who filled out a lead generation form. To create this targeting, you must create a group. You will then be able to target these contacts in a message. This message could be used to send a recall and encourage to make a purchase.

When creating a group, drag a Relational data criterion and select the Lead generation. The lead generation data are stored in this table. For the value, there are 2 options: 

Option 1: Targeting contacts who filled out a specific form

Option 2: Targeting contacts who filled out a form of a type
