Creating a Preview and Web Archive Profiles

Profile Types
Preview: To preview emails according to this fictional contact's view. When you validate the links with this profile, there is no impact on the statistics. Archive: To publish a web archive for an email and to share it with a link. General: Profile with the same possibilities as the Preview AND the Archive profiles.

Create a Profile

Access path: Project -> Other Configurations

First, go to the Test profiles section:

Select the profile to create by clicking the +:

To open the profile edition, click Contact:

Fill-in the relevant info for the preview or the archive version depending on the case:

To change the fields displayed on this page, see Defining Field Availability.

*Use an email that belongs to you or, if the project primary key is an ID number, use a number not assigned to a contact from your list.

In an email, go to the Test interface. In the Preview section (on the left), select Preview profile:

To generate an archive of an email that does not expire, you must have created an archive profile. Go to the Additional options:

In Publication, you will see the Publish option:Here, you can consult the archives of this email and share the link to the web archive.
