Managing a User's Access and Permissions


Consult/Edit the Profile

To consult a user's profile, go to Users ->Users list and click Edit next to that user:

In the user's profile, you can add info, modify permissions, manage the password expiration date or reset it. You can also consult the log history or the access audit. 


Unlock a User

If a user has exceeded the allowed number of login attempts, his access will be suspended automatically. You must use the Unlock option. We suggest that you also reset the user's password.


Activate/Deactivate a User

It is possible to intentionally suspend the access for a defined period. A deactivated user has no access to the platform.


Delete a User

If an employee leaves your company, you can delete this user from your account:If you are not sure it is a final departure, you could deactivate the user instead.
