Sends: The email has been delivered but has not necessarily been opened. Views: The email has been opened in the inbox. Total clicks: If a contact clicks a hyperlink 5 times, it will be considered as 5 total clicks. Unique clicks: If a contact clicks a hyperlink 5 times, it will be considered as 1 unique click. |
