Web Push Notification Results

The result page tells you if the notification you have sent has been delivered, opened, and clicked. The shown results take into account both known (contacts) and unknown subscribers.

Access path: Analytics → Web Push

In the results page of a notification (or a sending), you have relevant data to measure the performance of your Web Push campaign.

You can hover over any line to see the details or click on a line to display the list of corresponding contacts.

You can consult the following sections:

  • Deliveries: This line shows the number and percentage of notifications that were delivered and those in error (delivery errors).
  • Displays: This line shows the number and percentage of notifications that were actually displayed to subscribers.
  • Clicks: This line shows the number and percentage of notifications that were clicked.

Display and delivery are the first indicators to monitor to avoid problems. For the notification to generate clicks and subscriptions, it obviously needs to be delivered and displayed first. If the problem seems to be at the click level, you may need to review the notification content: rethink the relevance of the content to the target audience, improve personalization, or target a different audience.
