Note: If the registration period has not started, registrations might still exist, as it is possible to manually register people directly in Dialog Insight. It is also possible to manually register people BEFORE the event is published.

Go to the edition page of the event. In the upper right, select Registrations under the 3 dots:
The list of participants will then show up. This list displays the name and email of all registered people, their registration status (registered, confirmed, cancelled) and attendance (only displayed when the event is done).
To consult a participant's profile, you can select the participant and click Details.
You can apply filters to the list, like a date or the status, by using the panel that opens with Show all registrations:
