Results of an Automated Campaign

The results of an automated campaign depend on the ends and where the contact completes the campaign. The possible ends are Success, Failure, Neutral and Abandon. You determine what an end corresponds to. A success could be, for example, a clicked link or a contact who subscribes to your newsletter.

This campaign contains 4 end types, but it is not required to use the 4 types. You could also have several ends of the same type.
