In your forms (opt-in, profile update, lead generation), it's possible to add a security layer with a reCAPTCHA. The Google reCAPTCHA option allows you to prevent abusive submission of your forms and to make sure a real person, and not a robot, has completed and submitted the form, for example, when registering for a contest.
When you use a personalized domain for your forms created in Dialog Insight, and enable the reCAPTCHA option, it is mandatory that you first create your Google reCAPTCHA keys to validate data properly.
How To
- Go to www.google.com/recaptcha and add the requested info*:

PrecisionsDomain: If your form is hosted on your website, indicate the domain name of your website. If the form is hosted on DI, use a custom tracker domain available in your account.
Type: It's recommended to choose V2 with option "Checkbox" (V3 is supported by our standard offer and requires additional configuration by our team). Invisible reCAPTCHA is not supported in our forms. If you want to use this type of reCAPTCHA, you must make a request to our development team. - Note the keys (public and private). You will need them later.
- If your form is hosted on your website, follow the integration instructions:
- Verify the reCAPTCHA settings. It's recommended to add more than one owner in case the principal owner is absent and you need access to the reCAPTCHA.
- Go in DI, in the configuration of the form you want to add the reCAPTCHA into, then click Manage my keys:
- In the Google reCAPTCHA keys window, click Add a key. Then, enter your domain, paste the keys generated by Google and select "Standard captcha" for the Key type:
