Export the entire system logs to your CRM in order to integrate data from Dialog Insight on contacts, mailings, messages and much more.
To get a full description of exported data, download the Excel file presenting a sheet for each data filename.

How To
Configure how and when to do the export
- Open the Configuration page.
- Under the Export destination, select the SFTP server where to export data, as well as the complete access pathof the file, from the root of the file server. (Ex: /folder/file.csv).
- If the server does not appear in the list, refer to the article Configure an SFTP server to see how.

- Under the Options section, specify how to export the file, its format, and the hashing algorithm for obfuscated fields.
- Under the Schedule section, specify the export's frequency and desired time.
Define data to be exported
- Open the Export content page.
- Check all the data types to include in the export.
- Click Save.
The order in which the data will appear may vary depending on the circumstances. In the export file, refer to the field codes in the header. - Some data types require you to choose the desired data. If this is the case, you'll see a sub-page under the Export content page where you can make your selection. For example, if you want to export contacts, you can choose to export all data, or only specific fields. By default, all fields are exported.
- If you want some data to be coded for increased security, click the lock icon to obfuscate the exported data.
Send success or failure alerts
- Go the Alerts page to specify users to be informed when the export is completed with success or when it fails.
- To add a user, click Add; to delete one, click the delete icon.
- Click Save.
Activate the export
- Open the Configuration page.
- Under the Task status section, click Activate.
Note: If you want to make changes to your configurations, you need to first disable the export by clicking Deactivate, make your changes, and then reactivate it.
See the history of your exports
- Open the History page to see all the executions of your export, with the file's name, status and size.
- Select a specific export file and click View to see its details.
- Once the export details are displayed, you can, if needed, run it again by clicking Execute again.
