Activating a contact changes the status of the contact so the contact becomes active and can receive messages.

PrerequisiteFor the activating function to be available, the contact must be inactive before, thus flagged with a red status icon .
Access Path > Viewing a Contact's Profile

 How To

  1. Once the contact's information card is displayed, click on Activate.
    The status icon will change from  to .
  2. If needed, you can temporarily deactivate a contact, and reactivate it later to be able to send him/her messages.
