The geolocation feature lets you target your contacts based on their location.
This feature is available to all users, but first needs to be enabled and configured to be used to create groups of contacts, using either the simple or advanced creation mode. However, it first needs to be enabled and configured to be used to create groups, either using the simple or complex mode.
Various types of geolocation are offered; you therefore need to choose the ones you wish to use. If needed, you can enable them all. In such a situation, the application uses the most accurate one for each contact, based on the following order: first by longitude and latitude, then by postal code and lastly, by IP address.
Once you have selected the desired geolocation modes, you can create groups of contacts based on their location.
Prerequisite | The feature must be enabled and configured to be used to create groups. |
