Viewing survey results

The survey reports provide statistics.

Access Path

Survey > Surveys > Edit

 How To

1. Select the survey for which you want to view results.
2. Go the Reports tab.
   

   

3. In the Reports menu, select the type of results you are looking for.

   Overview	Provides a summary of the answers in the survey.
   Evolution	Allows you to see the evolution of the number of answers completed or incompleted in graphics.
   Responses	Allows you to see the number and the pourcentage of answers given for each question.
   Open-ended questions	Lets you visualize the answers of the open questions and to see how many times they have been answered.
   Response files	See the answers to all the questions for each respondent.
