The scoring system lets you score your contacts based on criteria that are important to you. Once you have defined how your scoring system works, you can consult the score of the contacts in their profile and in the statistics for the contacts.

It is also possible to see scoring statistics as a graph. This graph is available in Analytics -> Contacts. Select Scoring in the dropdown menu at the top of the page. You could add a custom graph by adding a filter in the upper right (for example, country, gender or any field from the project).
Most often, the score is based on contact information or subscriptions, as the following examples:
- If the contact is a member
- If the contact has a fidelity card
- If the contact has subscribed to the monthly newsletter
- If the contact has subscribed to promotions
These are just a few examples, as there are numerous possibilities.
To use a more complex score system, using various combinations of criteria, it is suggested first to create the groups to target the desired contacts and then to select these groups as criteria to establish the score.
