DI offers predefined permission groups to help you manage permissions. You can adapt these suggestions to your situation.
You can see the list of available permission groups by going to Users -> Permission groups:
| Administrator | Administrators have full access to the account. The first user to be created must be an admin. This admin will then create other users and assign them permissions. |
| Manager | Managers have access to the main features. They don't have access to account management. |
| Content creator | Content creators have limited access to all main features. They don't have access to account management and feature configurations. They cannot send or publish content. |
| Campaign manager | Campaign managers have limited access to all main features. They don't have access to account management. The have limited access to feature configurations. |
| Customer service | Customer service agents can access some features in consultation mode only. They have the same limitations as the content creators. |
*To grant granular permissions for specific modules or features, ask your account manager if it is included in your Dialog Insight licence.
