Manual Export

Manual export lets you download contact data as an Excel or CSV file without configuring an automated task or an external destination. This type of export is mainly used to quickly obtain a copy of contacts for reviewing, archiving, sharing, editing, or reimporting. You can export all contacts or only a specific selection, for example using filters or a group.

This is the best option for a simple, one-time need. For recurring synchronization with another system, export automation is usually more appropriate.

Export Automation

Export automation lets you automatically send Dialog Insight data to an external system based on a defined schedule. This type of export is used to regularly synchronize contacts, relational tables, or query results with an SFTP server or Google BigQuery.

This option is suitable for recurring needs, such as feeding a data warehouse, sending data to another platform, or keeping certain systems up to date without launching a manual export. It is the best option when an export needs to run on a planned schedule. For a one-time need, manually exporting contacts is usually more appropriate.

Log Export

Log export lets you automatically send activity data generated by Dialog Insight to an external system, such as a CRM, data warehouse, or analytics tool. The export can include different types of data, such as contacts, campaigns, messages, sendings, clicks, SMS, push notifications, and other project activities. The export can be sent to an SFTP server, Google BigQuery, or both.

This is the best option for analyzing Dialog Insight activity data outside the platform or feeding external systems with behavioral and performance data.
