In Dialog Insight, when consent management is enabled, all communication types require consent, except for administrative communication types. An administrative communication type is used to send essential messages, such as a transaction receipt or registration confirmation. These communications are considered necessary for the proper functioning of the service and are therefore not subject to marketing consent.
Step 1: Create the Communication Type
Start by creating the communication type and configuring its options.

Step 2: Select the Option for Administrative Batches
In the Consents section, in the communication type configuration, click Assign a consent:
Select Administrative batches without opt-out:
You can check the option for the contacts included in the Email killfile if you consider the messages for this communication type of high importance.
