Step 1: Getting Started
Click on the Create Scenario button and choose New Editor (Beta).
Once in the editor, enter the name of your automated scenario.
Then use the menu items on the left to drag and drop them into the central editing interface.
Step 2: Choose the trigger(s) for the campaign
Choose the trigger rule for your automated marketing. You can also choose multiple triggers.
Note: Each trigger can only be dragged once.
You will then have to edit the chosen trigger(s), filling in the contents of the right-hand panel that appears when you make your selection.

Step 3: Add actions and conditions
Add the first action of your campaign, and the condition(s) attached to it. Adding a condition allows you to determine for which contacts the associated action will be performed. The conditions have two responses, one that responds to it and the other that does not.
Note : If you want the condition to have more than two answers, and therefore more than two sub-branches, you should choose the "multiple conditions" item.
Then edit the chosen item. Editing an item always appears in the right bar, and then through popups for more advanced content.
Add other actions/conditions as needed. There is no limit to the number of actions/conditions you can add, but you must put at least one action in your campaign.
Step 4: Add and edit a delay
Deadlines are not mandatory in order to activate your automated marketing. It's up to you to put them where you think they are needed.
To add a delay, drag it between an action and the item that follows. If it is a delay in days, you can also determine the precise time at which this step will take place.
Step 5: Define the end
You can identify an end for each branch of the campaign. Campaign endings are used to determine whether or not the objectives are being met. In case you don't add any end node, the node endings (visible with the small circle at bottom) will be considered successful or neutral.
There are 4 default endings (success, abandon, failure, neutral), to which you can associate the result of your choice.
You can also change the wording of a node to put an indication that corresponds to your need.
Here is an example of endings that have been modified to indicate the potential statuses of the campaign, based on the basic concepts (success = clicked, failure = did not click and neutral= is not a member).
Note: You can change the name of an ending to specify exactly what is happening on each branch of you scenario. For example, you could change it for ''is now a member'', ''is not a member'', ''will be a member''.
