Wen you open a Dialog Insight account, you need to perform certain basic configurations to ensure the platform works properly.
These configurations aim at correctly authenticating the messages you send (by proving that the messages you send through the Dialog Insight platform are really from your company) and facilitate its use by your employees.
It is strongly recommended to perform the following configurations to ensure the sound management ofyour messages:
- Authenticate your messages
- Implement a DMARC policy
- Create a custom domain
- Whitelist Dialog Insight servers
