The activation of one or other of the consent management modules, either explicit (subscriptions) or implicit, makes it possible to manage the subscriptions or consents necessary for your contacts to receive your communications.

The module to be activated must first have been activated for your company before it can be activated for a project. This activation is done on request. Therefore, if the module is not activated for your business, you simply will not see the option to activate in the app.

How To

Warning : Once activated, you must complete the configuration of all your subscriptions and/or consents and associate them with your types of communication before sending by email or SMS.

  1. In the Explicit Consents or Implied Consents section, click the link to activate the module.
  2. Confirm activation.
  3. You can then add an Opt-In or an Implied Consent, depending on the module activated.
