Dialog Insight offers a user-friendly interface that lets you create your survey pages. These pages can include questions, as well as validators and comments without necessarily having programming experience.
The Survey application also offers survey templates to choose from, as well as format options, for example, such as adding a progression bar. You can also limit the survey to some specific contacts, add parameters, and have a preview of the survey.
